What therapy services do you offer?
Yes! We offer physical, occupational, and speech therapy. Therapy is available for both short-term rehabilitation and outpatient services for community members. Our therapy team creates personalized plans based on each resident’s goals—whether that’s building strength, improving mobility, or regaining confidence.
What should I bring when moving in?
Think comfort– and a touch of home! We recommend bringing comfortable clothing, personal toiletries, and favorite items like photos, blankets, or small décor pieces. Before move-in, our team will provide a helpful checklist so you feel prepared and confident every step of the way.
Are you a memory care facility?
Great question! While Country Health is not a dedicated memory care community, we do support residents who need occasional reminders, cueing, or extra help throughout the day. If someone requires specialized memory care, our team can help guide families toward the level of support that will best meet their loved one’s needs. We’re here to help you make the choice that feels right.
How does laundry work for residents?
Easy and flexible! Families can choose to do their loved one’s laundry, or our team can take care of it for you. All clothing should be labeled to ensure items stay with the right resident—no mix-ups, no worries.
Can residents have visitors?
Yes! Friends and family are always welcome. We encourage visits and have spaces throughout the building where residents can spend time with loved ones comfortably.
Do you offer spiritual support?
Yes, we do. Pastoral visits are available for residents who would like spiritual guidance or prayer. We also have a chapel onsite for quiet reflection and occasional services.
Is dining included?
Absolutely! Residents enjoy three delicious meals each day, with menu options that can accommodate dietary needs. Snacks and beverages are also available throughout the day. Join us for a meal! Guest meals are $6.
